When requesting a cancellation, please provide your order number so our team can quickly identify your order.

When Can I Cancel My Order?

You can request cancellation before your order has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. If you are unsure whether your order has already been shipped, contact AS Tech Hub before taking any action.

Cancellation of COD Orders

Cash on Delivery orders can be cancelled before shipment. There is no cancellation charge for cancelling a COD order before it has been shipped. However, repeatedly cancelling confirmed COD orders or refusing shipments may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

Cancellation of Prepaid Orders

If you have paid for your order through Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash, you can request cancellation before the order is shipped. Once the cancellation is approved, the applicable refund will be processed within 24 hours.

What If My Order Has Already Been Shipped?

If your order has already been shipped and you want to cancel it, contact AS Tech Hub first at 03048022918. Our team will check the shipment status and guide you based on the situation. Do not assume that a shipped order can simply be cancelled or refused without contacting us.

Cancellation by AS Tech Hub

AS Tech Hub may cancel an order when necessary, including situations such as:

Product becoming unavailable
Incorrect pricing or product information
Incorrect or incomplete customer information
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized orders
Other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order

If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, the applicable refund will be processed within 24 hours. We will notify the customer through phone or WhatsApp regarding the cancellation.
