Payment Policy

At AS Tech Hub, we offer flexible payment options so customers can choose the payment method that works best for them. You can pay for your order through Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

Available Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD)

You can choose Cash on Delivery when placing your order. There is no minimum or maximum order value for COD. The total amount payable, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown at checkout.

Bank Transfer

Bank Transfer is available as a payment option when placing an order. If you choose Bank Transfer, payment instructions will be provided during the ordering process. For orders placed outside the website, you may be asked to provide payment confirmation or transaction details after making the payment.

Easypaisa

You can pay for your order through Easypaisa. Payment instructions will be provided when you select or arrange Easypaisa payment. For orders placed outside the website, payment confirmation or transaction details may be required.

JazzCash

JazzCash is also available as a payment option. Payment instructions will be provided when you select or arrange JazzCash payment. For orders placed outside the website, payment confirmation or transaction details may be required.

Online & Advance Payments

Customers can choose between Cash on Delivery and advance payment, depending on their preference and the available payment option.

If an order is placed through our website and an advance payment is made through the available payment method, no separate payment screenshot is required unless our team requests it.

For orders placed through WhatsApp or other direct channels, customers may be asked to provide payment confirmation or transaction details when making an advance payment.

Payment Verification

For advance-paid orders, payment must be received and verified before we process the order for shipment. Once the payment has been verified, we will proceed with order processing.

Delivery Charges

Applicable delivery charges are shown in the order checkout total. Orders above PKR 3,500 qualify for free delivery. For orders of PKR 3,500 or less, the applicable delivery charge will be included in the total amount shown at checkout.

Failed or Unverified Payments

If an advance payment cannot be verified, our team may contact you to request the necessary payment information or confirmation. An order may not be processed or shipped until the required payment has been successfully verified.

Refunds for Paid Orders

If an advance-paid order is cancelled before shipment or cannot be fulfilled by AS Tech Hub, the applicable refund will be processed within 24 hours.
